A Fisheye shot

This piece is entitled “discover your religion”. This composition is supposed to represent Christianity; the rusting of the licence plate represents the Catholic faith corroding. Also the licence plate says yours to discover, this leads me to discover the meaning of faith. This is displayed in the cross being in focus and the background not in focus displaying the known vs. the unknown; what’s beyond religion? Finally there is the wood with three screws, the fourth is removed. In the Catholic faith one does the sign of the cross; Father, son, Holy, Spirit. The screws coincide with the sign of the cross but spirit is missing, again dictating the search for religion or spirituality.
